We have a lot of superstition.I'm going to tell you about korea's superstition.

1. DREAMS WHICH YOU CAN SEE A PIG, IT MEANS YOU'LL BE HAVING BIG WEALTH.     Long time ago, pig is of great value  until 1970, pig's value is same which college's cost.
     that's the why pig dream is good omen.

2. YOU DON'T WRiTE SOMEONE'S NAME USING A RED PEN.
    If  you write someone's name using a  red pen, it means the person'll be dying soon because when we hold a memoral service for the repose of ancestors, we write the ancestor's name using a red pen.

3. DO NOT CUT YOUR NAILS AT NIGHT.
   If you cut your nails at night, mouse bite your nails then it can be transform themselves into you and they deprive of your whole life.
   Imagine! there is one more which looks like you! It's might horrible!


4. WHEN YOU VISITE SOME VILLAGE YOU HAVE TO BOW TO JANG-SUNG.

날에는 마을에 들어가고 나올때 장승에다 합장하고 절을 했지요.
장승이 마을의 액을 막아준다고 생각했던것 같습니다.
그리고 마을에 처음온 신분이 확실하지 않은 손님은 장승 밖에서 하룻밤 지낸후에 마을에 들여 보냈다는 말도 있구요..

남자 아이를 낳은 어머니들은 옷 밖으로 젖 가슴을 드러내고 다니며 자랑 하는 풍습도 있었다는 군요...


책의 매듭부분을 아래로 가게 가방에 넣거나 잘 뉘어 놓지 않으면 공부한게 날아간다는 말도 있는데요... 아마 책이 귀한 과거에 책을 잘 보호하는 것도 중요해서 나온 말이겠지요...

제사를 지내고 난 후에는 집 앞에 작은 상에다 제사 지내지 않은 밥 한 그릇과 간단한 반찬을 놓아두는 풍습도 있습니다. 주변에 제사때문에 몰려든 잡귀들이 서운해서 불운을 가져다 줄지 모를까봐 그건걸까요?
고양이를 부뚜막이나 아궁이에서 죽지 말게 하라는 말도 있어요.. 그러면 고양이가 저주를 부른다는 말도 있습니다. 특히 새끼를 조심하래요... 요즘은 연탄 아궁이나 굴뚝을 조심해야 하겠네요... 그렇게 죽은 새끼들은 나중에 귀신이 돼서 후세의 아이에게나 현재의 집안에 액운을 불어 넣는다고 전해 집니다.

In my contry, you can't pour a dinke to an older man with your left hand.
It means you'll die soon. we usually give a dinke to dead peaple
with yellow blankets on a bus or subway.
This chair is used only by old peaple, children or handicap.
If you sit in a chair on the bus, you should give your seat to an old man.

My name is Hyna-ah. I'm from Korea. I've been to hear 3week ago.
I grown up in Busan. Busan and London are so different.
Busan's wather is so warm. In winter there is snowing only 1-2times.(not many)
At the monent, in my city is 20degrees. so.... I can't adapt London's temperature!!!!!!!
I've got cold. T-T
Next, The billdings has so diffierent mood each city. Be honest, I like London's more than my city. haha
I absoultely love vintage like Notting hill.
But, I can't stand UK's traffic.
The buses are always late. And london center is so tarreble.
In my city, I always wait for bus just 5-10minits.
hmm... But I like all of the London!!
I'm in London. So I'm sooooooooooooo happy.
